Dr. Michael Castrichini, DC, MUAC

Dr. Michael Castrichini is a Chiropractor at CAS Chiropractic Center, PC & CAS Medical Center, LLC in Phoenix, AZ. “Dr. Mike” received his Doctor of Chiropractic degree from Logan College in 1994 and holds a Bachelor of Science degree from McMaster University in Ontario, Canada.

Dr. Michael Castrichini has focused his practice in the treatment of musculoskeletal, acute/chronic injuries and pain of the spine and extremities. His treating philosophy is to identify the “route cause” of the patient’s pain syndrome or injury. He entered his practice with his wife in 1994 and has since become credentialed to perform Manipulation Under Anesthesia (MUA) Procedures.

Dr. Michael Castrichini has extensive experience as a Manipulation Under Anesthesia Certified physician holding privileges at Central Phoenix Surgical Center. He has performed over 1,000s of MUA procedures and trained physicians in MUA. Due to his experience and integrity; he serves a board position for a local ambulatory surgery center (ASC) that is a Medicare approved facility and accredited by the Accreditation Association for Ambulatory Health Care (AAAHC). Dr. Michael Castrichini is an avid sports fan and enjoys going to Mexico with his wife and four children.

Doctor Christine Castrichini is a Chiropractor at CAS Chiropractic Center, PC & CAS Medical Center, LLC in Phoenix, AZ. “Dr. Christine” received her Doctor of Chiropractic degree from Logan College in 1994. Additionally, she received a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Illinois.

She has over 120 Hours of Advanced training in functional medicine and clinical nutrition. Channel 12 has interviewed her for her work with natural hormone replacement therapy and she’s been featured in a cover story in Chiropractic Products Magazine of the dynamics of her practice. She has a passion for changing her patients’ lives for the better by using natural and functional therapies. Dr. Chris likes traveling and spending time with her Family.

Dr. Emillie Castrichini, DC

Hi, I’m Dr. Emillie, a Chiropractor who’s passionate about helping people restore balance and function through a whole-body approach.

I earned my undergraduate degree from the University of Arizona and went on to complete my Doctorate of Chiropractic at Logan University in Chesterfield, Missouri — the same school my parents attended and graduated from in 1994.

Chiropractic and holistic care have been part of my life for as long as I can remember. I’ve seen firsthand how powerful the body’s ability to heal can be when you address the root cause rather than just the symptoms. My practice focuses on functional medicine, functional rehabilitation, acupuncture, dry needling, and other integrative therapies designed to support the body’s natural balance.

Whether someone is recovering from injury, managing chronic pain, or simply looking to feel their best, my goal is to help them move, function, and live better, from the inside out.

Doctor of Nursing Practice

Dr. Jenny Ursan, DNP, FNP-C

Dr. Jenny Ursan, DNP, FNP-C, was born and raised in the scenic city of Cluj-Napoca, Romania. Her educational tract began with a Bachelors of Science in Chemical Engineering, finishing as valedictorian of her class.

In 1994, she immigrated to the United States, where she also took on the challenge of acquiring her Bachelor of Arts, while simultaneously graduating from Carnegie Institute in Michigan as an EEG tech, obtaining her National Registration in 2004. It was while working as an REEG tech that she began to acquire a passion for the health profession, particularly nursing. She went on to acquire her Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree, and while working at John C. Lincoln Hospital and Banner Health as an RN, she continued on to obtain her Master's of Science in Nursing – Family Nurse Practitioner.

Jenny went on to work full-time as a FNP-C, treating patients in a Physical Medicine setting, and developing her skills in trigger points and joint injections. Her love and ambition for learning and for the nursing profession continued to blossom, culminating in a Doctorate of Nursing Practice in 2014, graduating with distinction from Northern Arizona University.

Jenny is happily married to her husband George. They relocated from Michigan to Arizona in June 2000 with a desire to be closer to family. Jenny enjoys singing, listening to classical music, outdoors, traveling, and spending time with family. Jenny is known for her compassionate heart, her keen ability to care for others in need, as well as her deep faith in God.

Jenny desires to promote and enhance patient’s long-term resilience by connecting to patients’ needs and providing the highest quality of care.
